Head chef, Erry Saliman, has created a cruelty-free set menu for the team to savour for only $69PP, menu highlights include:
Spring Crudités – a selection of fresh and pickled vegetables, served with cashew emulsion, herbs mustard, puffed black rice
Pumpkin and garden pea tartlet
Charred cauliflower with dhal hummus, curry oil, savoury crumb
Sweet corn and asparagus chaat salad with a tamarind dressing, alum oil, crispy bits
Also available will be an optional 2-hour vegan drinks package for an additional $30PP.
